Community Services Coordinator The PRP Community Services Coordinator (CSC) plays an important role in connecting individuals with essential mental health resources and support. They assist clients in developing life skills, accessing community services, and achieving personal goals, ensuring a path toward stability and independence. Through compassionate guidance and advocacy, they help bridge the gap between individuals and the care they need to thrive.

Job coaching Coordinator will provide individualized support to help clients develop workplace skills, improve job readiness, and maintain stable employment. Duties include resume building, interview preparation, workplace behavior training, and on-the-job support to ensure long-term success. Coaches also assist with career planning, problem-solving, and connecting clients with employment resources.
